Return Policy

The product you purchased in our store is specific, or rather digital, but like all products it can be exchange for another one or refund within 14 days, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" if the product does not correspond to the description.
To exchange products or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• the product was purchased by mistake, but was not downloaded (each product has a download counter);
• the product was purchased, downloaded, and it does not match the description or cannot be opened by a graphics program;
• obligatory conditions: no more than 14 days have passed since the moment of payment;
• You sent mail to us with description of the reason for the exchange/refund;
• You have documents confirming the purchase in our store (claim check, screenshot, photo);

Please note that in case of problems with opening a file in graphics programs You will need to provide some information for verification (OS and graphics program version)
